Get to know me

I have been working with kids as a pediatric occupational therapist for all nine years of my OT career. I've had the opportunity to work from birth to young adults. I am particularly interested in using research to support occupational therapy interventions, and I take time to ensure I'm staying up-to-date and using the latest information for my clients. I have advanced training in implementation science, feeding, sensory processing, mental health, and ocular motor therapy. I'm passionate about caregivers knowing their child best, and when they are thriving, the whole family can thrive. I do my best to support the family unit as a whole and strive to provide strategies that are realistic and effective. I enjoy finding creative solutions to challenging problems. You will find me researching ideas deeply and thoughtfully for your family.

Other Interests

Outside of work I enjoy exploring new coffee shops, hiking, and reading. I recently had my first child and have enjoyed watching him grow and develop. Having my son has helped me be a better OT by understanding first hand the parent experience. I'm passionate about community service and have been a Girls on the Run coach which I loved.
